Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a responsible, creative, motivated colleague to join our design team as Senior UX/UI Designer.

Who are we

We are a tight-knit, experienced crew and make end-to-end digital products. Most of our products are mobile apps but can be anything in the digital realm.

Split-based, primarily working with clients from the USA, which come in all shapes and sizes, from startups to corporations. We love to get excited about new opportunities and are known for pouring our hearts into innovative projects with a vision.

We would be delighted if you

  • have 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer for digital product(s) or service(s)
  • can lead large and complex projects
  • are skilled with research principles and discovery methods
  • know how to define and prioritize problems
  • are proficient in interaction design and information architecture
  • are experienced in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • are data-driven
  • have strong product conceptualization skills
  • know how to simplify complex user requirements
  • have excellent communication skills both when interacting with clients and your team
  • have advanced knowledge and use of industry-standard tools – Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • understand conventional software development practices
  • are ambitious and passionate about learning and improving your skills
  • are flexible and decisive, and you know how to put ego aside and focus on the client's needs
  • are up to date with the latest design and digital product trends
  • are a team player willing to give and receive feedback, and you are ready to seek and share knowledge
  • are persistent until you get it right
  • have demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio
  • have an excellent command of English

Your responsibilities would be

  • planning and organizing design phases
  • leading projects
  • reviewing design work
  • providing feedback
  • conducting user research and evaluating user feedback
  • facilitating workshops – preparing, running, and analyzing workshops with the team and clients
  • defining the overall user experience strategy
  • shaping the user interface and interactions that should be closely aligned with the product strategy
  • presenting and defending designs, key milestones, and deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
  • collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, and developers in cross-functional agile teams in all product phases
  • building complex design systems
  • executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • mentoring colleagues
